Our Services
Engineering Innovations provides a multitude of services to people and companies of all sizes. Whether you are an inventor or handyman, working from your garage or basement, or are a major player in the manufacturing industry, EI can help you.
Our services include:
- Concept through Implementation - As referenced above, EI can bring a napkin sketch or idea to life, and bring it to completion, whether that means single items or fully automated and qualified production.
- Design - If you have a product, fixture idea, widget, etc., EI can create all documentation and 2D/3D CAD models for you. Manufacturability can be key, and with many years of experience (mostly in Medical Device) EI can suggest or help with design approaches that will save time and money.
- Fabrication - EI can take our designs, or yours, and build them to exact specifications. Examples include: Machining, Welding, Painting/Coating, and Assembly.
- Small Run Manufacturing - If you are not set up to manufacture your product, EI can help. For small runs, or initial run manufacturing, EI has the ability to set up in our facility.
- Contract Work - If you need help in starting or improving manufacturing lines. EI can provide ideas, game plans, phases and/or improvements that can make the difference in profitability. Whether you need on-site evaluations, future concept work, or layout planning, EI has an incredible amount of experience providing cost and space savings.
How it works
Engineering Innovations LLC is a Minnesota based company that is run by Manufacturing Engineer Luke Dudzik. Luke has experience in Med Device, High and Low volume manufacturing, and all around Design and Fabrication. He is a TRUE Jack-Of-All-Trades, and knows how to attack any engineering problem that you have.
If more knowledge or bandwidth is required for a specific project, Engineering Innovations has access to a team of hand selected contract engineers that have specific skill sets to enhance the quality of each individual issue. Over the years, Luke has networked with all types of engineers, and can call on an "expert" to assist when it is crucial. Whether it is Programming, Med Device design, CNC, Nitinol or any other specialty...EI knows a guy or gal that can handle it. Depending on the project, one or many engineers will work with Luke until you are completely satisfied.
